Ybbstaler fruit sweetness is obtained through a special careful filtration process from concentrated fruit juices.

According to the respective requirements fruit acid, colour as well as mineral materials are extracted. It remains as the natural sweet composition of the fruit as concentrate.

We manufacture in accordance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and comply with the HACCP guidelines.
